♪ >> good morning. you are watching "fox & friends first" on friday morning. you made it through the workweek congratulations. one more day in the workweek. a car carrying 5 children ended up submerged in an icy pond. one child is dead. the fox affiliate is reporting a second child died late last night according to the family spokesperson. the other three children suffering serious injuries. they range from 1 years old to 7 years old. some were tripped in the car nearly 8 feet under water for 45 minutes. the driver 23-year-old marian

jureto is the mother of two kids and step mother of three. police say she somehow lost control of the car. >> i saw them bring two out of the water and three smaller ones out. they were being carried. oh, no. i hope they are going to be okay. >> police say alcohol does not appear to be involved or that the mother purposely drove into the bond. teachers of the school say she is incredibly supportive. >> she is fantastic very into her kids. comes to conferences and genuinely concerned, what can i do? >> police are looking at the road conditions at the time of the accident. also a new case of benning gimet another college campus. this time university in west long branch 45 minutes away from princeton, university.

seven people have contracted the potentially deadly disease. no word yet on which strain infected the school. >> three people held against their will for more than 30 years. a 67-year-old couple in london is now under arrest. they are accused of a 30-year-old british woman a 69-year-old malaysia woman and another hostage in their home. >> we have never seen anything of this magnitude before. >> they were highly traumatized and taken to a place of safety where they remain. >> the rescue taking place after one contacted a group that brings awareness to human trafficking. michael skakel waking up out of jail for the first time in 11 years. he was freed on $1.2 million bail as prosecutors appeal a

-- trey radel has checked himself into a if rehab facilit. he bought cocaine in a sting operation. he released this statement, quote, today i checked myself into a facility to seek treatment and counseling. it is my hope through this process i will come out a better man. i will work hard to gain back the trust and support of my constituents, friends and most importantly my family. the facility is in florida. radel has not set a timetable for checking out. he has told congressional officials he expects he will not be back in washington this year. >> we have an update in the nfl bullying scandal. suspended lineman ritchie incognito agreed to post his grievance. they are holding off on the hearing after they continued the

five children ended up submerged in an icy minnesota pond. police confirm at this .1 child is dead and according to our fox affiliate in minnesota a family spokesperson says a second child has also died. the other three children suffered serious injuries. they range in age from 1 to 7 years old. some were trapped in the car nearly 8 feet under water for 45 minutes. the driver 23-year-old marion jureto is the father of two of the children and stepfather mo three. she somehow lost control of the car. >> i saw them bring the women out of the water then i saw some smaller ones coming out. they were being carried. i thought oh, no. i hope they are going ob okay. >> it does not appear this was intentional. teachers at the school say she is incredibly supportive.

jolene kent joins us with more. jo, what's this all about? >> it is a very interesting story. google owns a private fleet of jets. it appears some transportation has been funded by u.s. taxpayers. according to analysis by foxnews.com data for individual freedom free parking for google's jets are provided because the company conducts scientific research and partnerships with nasa. when the jets are not grounded by those at the f close to google headquarters. google planes have been making trips to tahiti, hawaii and several caribbean beaches according to foxnews.com. looking at the tail numbers and jet id 20 trips have been made between doshgs 8 and 2013 and british virgin islands 18 flights to taw petty and 25 trips to tortola. chuck grassley of iowa the defense department ended the

but was poisoned. new toxicology reports ordered by her father show that is a possibility and know her mother-in-law is pushing for an investigation as well and wants her son's case opened up too. he died only five months after murphy did. both died under similar circumstances of pneumonia and anemia. the l.a. district attorney's office is investigating but the l.a. coroner's office say they will look when the report comes from murphy's father. one of justin bieber's body guards is arrested after a fight. the fight happened when bieber's bodyguard demand pictures of a photographer be deleted. he's free on a $3,000 bail. is this license plate offensive? the missouri woman that it belongs to says that it calls her a dirty word. >> i'm driving around with that plate and people go
